WHO CAN HAVE A KEY?

Residents of Leinster Square and certain addresses in Hereford Road* may apply for a key to the garden.

All key-holders must agree to abide by the LSGA bye-laws.

*Nos 1, 3-11, 13, 15, 17, 19 and 20 Hereford Road are eligible for LSGA membership.

WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING OFF-SQUARE APPLICATIONS AT THIS TIME, THE WAITING LIST IS FULL.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The 2023/24 Member's Garden Rates:

Private flats: £175 per floor x per frontage

Should all households within a single building wish to join, a 10% discount applies.

Houses on Hereford Road: £350

The 2023/24 Garden Rate for off-square non-member keyholders: £350

A £100 deposit per key is also payable, refundable upon return of the key.

HOW TO APPLY FOR YOUR KEY

All key holders and their guests must abide by the bye-laws.
