EVENTS
LONDON OPEN GARDENS 2024
We welcomed over 250 visitors to the garden on Sunday 9 June as part of the London Open Gardens weekend event. It was rather chilly but the rain stayed away and we had a constant stream of guests throughout the afternoon. The garden (and our gardeners!) received a lot of compliments.
Next year the event will be held on Saturday 7 & Sunday 8 June and we hope to take part again on the Sunday afternoon. For more information about this annual event, when over 100 (usually private) gardens are open to the public, visit the London Parks & Gardens' website London Open Gardens.
Shakespeare in the Squares 2024
This year’s Shakespeare in the Squares' production was All’s Well That Ends Well with gypsy swing music and a fairytale twist.
Performances took place in 25 parks and gardens across London between 5 June and 12 July.
We were thrilled to host the opening night of this very entertaining production. As usual, the standard was high. There were fabulous costumes, excellent musical performances and laughs a plenty. Many have said it was the best yet! We are already looking forward to next year’s production.
